Nene is the owner and Managing Director of Mandate Molefi HR Consultants.

Nene completed her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Fort Hare, Honours in Social Science at the University of Cape Town and has a Masters in Leading Innovation and Change from York SJ University in York (UK).

Nene consults with multinational and local companies and has led large-scale culture change and leadership development projects. She is an internationally recognised speaker and often addresses the topic of change and leadership.

Nene sits on the Advisory Board of Auditor General where she gives advice on transformation. She is also the Director of two non-profit organisations (Community Aids Response and Umthombo Wesizwe Children’s Project).

Nene’s passion is people development and building effective, inclusive and highly productive teams.
