Retirement should be a reward for a lifetime of work, so believes Siphiwe De Frend. Therefore, she is passionately driven to add value and meaning to the idea of “saving” or “investing” in the younger generation. She does this through education: knowledge is power, and she strives to see change in the mindset of the younger generation and their financial freedom. She believes in building lifelong relationships and achieving long term goals.

Siphiwe has extensive experience in the retirement industry, having fulfilled the role of administrator and consultant. Siphiwe has attained her Higher Certificate in Financial Planning, and Advanced Certificate in Financial Planning through Milpark Business School and completed her RE 5 examination through the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa. Siphiwe holds her Diploma in Financial Accounting and is currently studying towards her Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning as she aims to obtain her Certified Financial Planner® designation.

Siphiwe is an active mother who loves travelling and experiencing new adventures. “Family and friends play an important role in my life. I enjoy meeting new people who have different interests.” In her spare time, Siphiwe enjoys sport – one of her favourite activities.
